About

In 2002 I was travelling and working in Australia and heard about Reiki and it caught my attention. This led me to Frans Steine, the co-founder of the International House of Reiki in Sydney where I started my Reiki journey and completed my 1st Degree Shoden and 2nd Degree Okuden teachings in Usui Reiki Ryoho in 2003. It was a truly life-changing experience and I also bought my first crystal during this time, a rose quartz. This was just the beginning of my life-long interest in self-development and alternative health and well-being. After the birth of my children, I trained with Shirley O’Donoghue at Lucis College to become a Crystal Therapist in 2008. In 2010 I was recommended the Reflexology course at the Central London School of Reflexology with Michael Keet and this is where I completed my training to become a Reflexology practitioner in 2011.

I’m passionate about Reflexology and believe that feet can tell us stories about our lives and give us great insight into what is happening with our health and well-being. I use crystals personally every day and my own Reiki journey started over twenty years ago and has been a big part of my life. In 2019 I took the step and completed training as a Master and Teacher of the Usui System of Reiki Healing with Jenny Newman and her reiki school in Corsham, honouring the Usui Reiki Ryoho lineage.

Bringing a caring and sensitive approach to my practice I firmly believe in connection, kindness, empathy and using the wealth of our collective knowledge and experience gained to help individuals take their own steps towards restoring balance in their lives.
