All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturers, publications, publicists, or been gathered from public-domain sources. Our intention is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, we cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.
Payment and Price
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. As previously stated should the price change or be incorrect the contract is void and must be restarted by you the consumer. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).

To pay by cheque or postal order, please submit your order and then send a cheque or postal order for the correct amount made payable to 'H 2 ZERO' to www.freeyourfeet.co.uk, 16 Springfield Avenue, Brotton, Saltburn - By - The - Sea, Cleveland, TS12 2TW. Once your payment has been received and verified, your order will be dispatched. Payments can be made directly into our bank account. Please submit your order, then deposit the correct amount into our account: HSBC, account H 2 ZERO, account number 51352342, sort code 40-46-24. As soon as your payment is verified, your order will be dispatched. Your order will only be processed once authorization of your payment has been properly received.
We cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take up to 10 days.
Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
Delivery Charges
Items which are requested as free delivery will be sent be either 1st or 2nd Class standard mail. You will be informed by email after your order is placed. Special Delivery parcels will be posted, where possible, on the day the payment is received, to be delivered the following day. Special Delivery parcels require a signature on delivery.
Delivery Times
Delivery (stock items) will normally be made within 3-7 working days from clearance of payment. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If our suppliers or we are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and you should allow up to 14 days for dispatch of the goods. For delays of more than 14 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with our products within 14 days of purchase, please return them at your own cost via 1st Class mail with a letter stating your full reasons for return to; www.freeyourfeet.co.uk, 16 Springfield Avenue, Brotton, Saltburn - By - The - Sea, Cleveland, TS12 2TW. Once we receive the goods in perfect resalable condition, you will receive a complete refund.
Damages
Any damaged good should be returned within 7 days at your own cost via 1st Class mail to the address above and a full refund will be given.
